1. Publisher

The INNOVSERVICES Emplois platform (https://emplois.innovservices-td.com) is published by INNOVSERVICES SARL, N'Djamena, Chad. Trade register (RCCM): TD-NDJ-01-2024-B13-00100. Tax ID (NIF): 9047265 V. Contact: contact@innovservices-td.com, +235 62 82 38 15.

2. Purpose

The platform makes it possible to browse and search opportunities (jobs, internships, training courses, scholarships, public tenders), to create a candidate account to save a CV, favourites and alerts and to apply, and, for organisations, to publish their listings and receive applications.

3. Accounts

• An account is personal. The information provided must be accurate; users keep their password secret.
• Users can download their data and delete their account at any time from their area.
• INNOVSERVICES SARL may suspend an account used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

4. Listings and employers

• Listings are published under the responsibility of the organisation that provides them. The person who creates an organisation declares that they are authorised to represent it.
• Every listing is checked before publication; INNOVSERVICES SARL cannot, however, guarantee the accuracy of every piece of information.
• For public tenders and scholarships, only the notice published by the official source is authoritative. Always check the conditions with that source.
• A listing may under no circumstances require a candidate to pay in order to apply. Any such listing is removed.
• INNOVSERVICES SARL may decline, request the correction of or remove a listing that is unlawful, misleading or discriminatory, and withdraw the “Verified advertiser” badge.
• Employers use the applications they receive only for the recruitment, training, scholarship or contract concerned.

5. Use of the platform

It is forbidden to collect the platform’s content automatically, to attempt to disrupt its operation, to publish false listings or to impersonate an organisation or a person.

6. Reports

Every listing can be reported. Reports are reviewed by the moderation team, which may remove the listing.

7. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

8. Liability

INNOVSERVICES SARL is not a party to the relations between candidates and organisations (recruitment, enrolment, award of a contract or scholarship) and cannot be held responsible for their outcome.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Chadian law. They exist in French, Arabic and English; in case of any difference, the French version prevails.
