Privacy policy

Without an account

• No personal data is requested to browse listings. The site sets no advertising cookies and no audience-measurement cookies from another company.
• Listing statistics: when a listing is opened or an “Apply” or “Share” button is tapped, we count the event, without cookies, without IP address and without identifying the person.
• Reports: we record the reason and the details you write. Your IP address is used only in memory, for a few minutes, to slow down repeated submissions; it is not recorded.
• On your phone: your language, light or dark mode and the pages you viewed (for offline use) stay in your browser.

With a candidate account

• We record what you give us: email address, first name, last name, phone number, city, language, questionnaire answers, CV, favourites, alerts and applications.
• When you apply through the platform, a copy of your CV and your first name, last name, email address, phone number and city are sent to the organisation that published the listing (the people in its team). They are sent to no one else.
• The organisation can change the status of your application (read, shortlisted, interview…); you see it in your area.
• The “For you” feed is calculated from your questionnaire answers and favourites, without sharing them with anyone.

With an employer account

• We record the organisation’s details, its logo (public) and the documents uploaded for verification. These documents are visible only to the organisation’s team and to INNOVSERVICES SARL.
• Team members see the first names, last names and email addresses of the other members.

Notifications

• Notices (alerts, reminders, updates on applications and listings) are kept in your area.
• If you turn on notifications on your phone, we record the technical delivery address provided by your browser. You can turn them off at any time in Settings.
• Once email delivery is in service, messages will be sent through an email delivery provider (Brevo), which receives only the address and the content of the message.

Cookies

Only cookies needed for the service are used: the sign-in session, a “signed in” flag with no personal data, and, for employers, the organisation they are working on.

Hosting and retention

The site is hosted on a server operated by INNOVSERVICES SARL (host: Hostinger International Ltd). Account data is stored by Supabase, a database provider, in a data centre located in Ireland (European Union). It is kept for as long as the account exists.

Your rights

From your area, you can edit your profile and CV, download all your data and delete your account. Deletion erases your profile, CV, favourites, alerts, notifications and applications. For any question about your data: contact@innovservices-td.com.
