Frequently asked questions
Is the platform free?
Yes. Browsing listings, creating an account, saving your CV, favourites and alerts, and applying are free for candidates. Publishing listings is free for organisations.
How can I tell whether a listing is reliable?
Our team checks every listing before it is published. Organisations whose identity has been verified carry the “Verified advertiser” badge. For public tenders and scholarships, the official source is shown. A genuine offer never asks you to pay to apply: if in doubt, use the “Report this listing” button.
What does “Closing soon” mean?
The deadline is seven days away or less. The status is calculated automatically from the deadline: a closed listing can still be viewed, but it is marked “Closed”.
How do I apply?
Each listing explains how to apply. When the organisation receives applications on the platform, tap “Apply”: your saved CV is attached in one click and you follow the application in your area. Otherwise, the listing gives the link, the email address or the drop-off place; tap “I applied: track this application” to keep track.
How do I receive new listings?
Run a search, then tap “Create an alert for this search”. New matching listings arrive in your notifications and, if you turn it on in Settings, on your phone. The “For you” feed also suggests listings that match your profile.
Can I use the platform without an internet connection?
Once installed on your phone, the app keeps your favourites and the last listings you viewed: you can read them offline.
How do I install the app on my phone?
On Android, open the site in Chrome: an “Install the app” button appears from your second visit. On iPhone, open the site in Safari, tap the Share button, then “Add to Home Screen”.
How do I publish a listing?
Create an account, then open the employer area: introduce your organisation once, then write the listing in 4 guided steps. Our team checks it before it goes online, then you receive applications and follow the statistics.
Which languages is the platform available in?
French, Arabic and English. A listing is shown in the language the organisation wrote it in, or in your language if it provided a translation.
